As per the official ETS website, TOEFL iBT Test is accepted by 100% of Canadian universities. Some of the top universities in Canada that accept TOEFL scores include the University of Toronto, the University of Alberta, McGill University, York University, the University of British Columbia, McMaster University, the University of Waterloo, etc. Typically, universities require a score between 79 and 100 (some might require a high score depending on the course requirements).
