An applicant for a student Pilot’s Licence (Aeroplanes/Helicopters/ Gliders) shall satisfy the following requirements :-
Age : The applicant shall be not less than sixteen years of age on the date of the application.
Educational Qualification : He shall have passed Class Ten or its equivalent examination from a recognised Board.
Medical fitness : He shall produce on a prescribed proforma a certificate of physical fitness from an approved medical practitioner after undergoing a medical examination, during which he shall have established his medical fitness on the basis of compliance with the requirements as notified by the Director-General of Civil Aviation.
Knowledge : He shall pass oral examination in Air Regulations, Air Navigation, Aviation Meteorology and Aircraft and Engines as per the syllabus prescribed by the Director-General unless he previously held a pilot’s licence of a higher category, or is able to produce evidence in the manner prescribed by the Director-General that he is well-versed with the aforesaid subjects.

If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
So as if now your emphasis should be more on getting admission in good university or college to pursue graduate degree.
For better career prospects I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opt for MBA as it will further enhance your career prospects.
Please note that the final selection in full time MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students. i.e. 50% marks in graduation.
2. Score in various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.
5. Other activities like participating in various event like debates, quiz, extra curricular activities, etc.
