Both the institutes are good and it is very hard to compare them. Allen, Jaipur may have an upper hand over Chandigarh in terms of course structure and teaching methodology.

To take admission in SRM University with a low tuition fee, you need to take the SRMJEE entrance exam, otherwise, you can take direct admission in SRM University through MQT, but the fee is high and it is different from campus to campus and I don't know about IHMs. I think it helps, for any other query, do comment.

Rather preferring IIBM, why not you prefer NICMAR as that would be nice for you. IIBM is also one of the good institutes in India.

Prefer part time MBA if you couldn't go for distance programme from the best institutes in the country like NMIMS, Symbiosis, IGNOU, etc.

The program fee per semester is set at 200,000 INR. However, scholarships are available based on LPUNEST scores or aggregate marks in graduation. For students scoring 90% or above in LPUNEST or in graduation, a scholarship of 60,000 INR (30% of the program fee) is applicable, reducing the fee to 140,000 INR per semester. Those scoring between 80% to 89.99% in LPUNEST or graduation are eligible for a 50,000 INR scholarship (25% of the program fee), resulting in a fee of 150,000 INR per semester. Similarly, for scores ranging between 70% to 79.99%, a 40,000 INR scholarship (20% of the program fee) is awarded, bringing the fee down to 160
