University of Toronto is one of the best universities in Canada so there are standards to get is very high.
Honestly, it all depends on what program you are taking. If you are taking engineering or science, the program might be held at a specific campus thus not giving you any option to "choose" which campus you want to take it at.

As per my perspective:
I would say LPU is the best private university to go for B.Tech, it is one of the top 5 universities in India, providing quality education, innovative pedagogy and unbeatable placements both national and international. LPU provides a great academic exposure to its students. It provides a chance to the students to attend guest lectures or workshops, so that they get to learn as much as they can. The students also work on live projects, so that they are able to apply their knowledge to practical settings. Programme Outcomes:
With the help of this programme student will learn how to Use research-based knowledge and research methods including design of experiments, analysis and interpretation of data, and synthesis of the information to provide valid conclusions. This programme gives the exposure to student to understand the impact of the professional engineering solutions in societal and environmental contexts, and demonstrate the knowledge of, and need for sustainable development. Life-long learning: Recognize the need for, and have the preparation and ability to engage in independent and life-long learning in the broadest context of technological change.
