Yes for sure. Since B.Tech is a professional course hence it's considered equivalent to conventional Masters courses like M.Sc. Etc. There are various IITs which directly admit students after B.Tech for PhDs ( like IIT Kanpur and IIT Gandhinagar). You should have great academic and research profile and top GATE rank. For joining Ph.D. after B.Tech, At first you have to crack GATE examination. Your B.Tech CGPA must be 8 or 9+. You have to prepare a good SOP (Study of Purpose) and a good SOR (Statement of Research). Then you have to prepare well for the interview calls of various reputed Institutes like IITs, IISC and others (you have to apply in these colleges with your GATE score card. After that you will get interview calls). After clearing the interview, you can join your dream University as a Ph.D. student. All the best for your future journey.

Each year, 250 seats are available for admission to the graduate medical course, leading to the award of the degree of M. B. S. of Gujarat University.
