In order to pursue MBA in Canada you need to fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria:
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university, in 10+2+4 years of education pattern.
Good academic record throughout preferably 60% plus in graduation.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus, and
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.

It is very weird to bind gender with profession. If you are interested, dedicated and passionate, nothing can stop you from achieving success.
