Hi Yogesh,
Although, Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance so it would be unfair on my part to draw a comparison between various Institutes. However, For Part Time MBA I would suggest Pune University should be your first preference then Symbiosis and then rest.

However, you can go ahead for Symbiosis or SMU as both the Institutes are providing distance learning programme in which you may or may not attend the classes, but SMU has an edge of having AICTE & UGC recognition whereas, Symbiosis is just DEC approved moreover, as far as my Knowledge goes ICWAI is for Cost work Accounting courses and not for MBA.

Can you elaborate as to which exam you have appeared for, what are the total number of marks etc. as different exams will have different way to calculate.in some exams they may consider percentile in some ranking would be considered. So, I would request you to please provide the complete information while putting up a query.
