Generally, to pursue Degree or Diploma course in interior design you need to complete plus two.
The admission in interior designing courses will be on the basis of the score in the institute's entrance exam and interview thereafter.

It may be difficult to get in on the basis of merit only (given your score). You can of course, pay about 30 - 80 lakhs and get a seat in management quota in India.
Or you can look for better options, i.e. Complete your MBBS in Russia and get an internationally recognized degree that is equal to a degree received in any European country (as per the laws of the Bologna Convention).
Finish your entire course in INR 12 - 15 lacs (universities being government universities and hence fees subsidized by the government)
