if you are appearing for the supplementary exam in july then you can start doing civil engineering only from 2013. Because any engineering college whereever you apply will ask for the copy of the final marksheet indicating that you have cleared 12th board exams.

it totally depends on you. If after studying 4 years of engineering BE you are bored from studies and want to work then you can decide accordingly. Moreover many students get lured by handsome pay package after graduation. In that case after 2 years of work experience you can pursue MBA or MTech depending on your choice. In my opinion it is better to complete post graduation first and then go for job.

you can pursue BBA, BCom, BAF, BBI, BA etc. I will suggest you to concentrate only on 12th class and try to score as many marks as you can because it will help you to get admission in reputed management colleges all over India.
