Hi, It's indeed a bold decision. In India a company needs to have a paid up share capital of Rs.50 million - 5 crores or more to appoint a qualified person as Company Secretary. So you have your chances there. You can also be an independent consultant. It will be a milestone in terms of your academics as well. Also, depends on your academics so far as to how easy it will be for you to pursue the course.
