You have scored a fair percentage but unfortunately the competition is very stiff. Most colleges of Delhi University will consider Best of 4 including English. So your 80% of maths and accounts will not be considered. With an increase of 37% students getting above 90 in delhi the DU colleges are expected to release the highest every CUTOFF list this year. So your chances of getting BCOM are a little slim there.
I suggest that you evaluate doing a professional BCom Degree from colleges of other universities in Delhi. Just make sure that you join a REGULAR Degree. Doing correspondence will reduce and affect your career prospects severely in the future.
You may also consider joining a professional BCom which will improve your career prospects dramatically. Consider BCom in Banking & Finance, BCom Banking & Insurance, BCom Accounting & Finance, etc. These additional specializations will give you a lot of domain knowledge, which will improve your salary prospects later when you join the industry.
Consider, TKWs Institute of Banking & Finance, New Delhi for BCom in Banking & Finance. Because the admission here happens on basis on aptitude testing and Personal Interview, your 12th class score will not matter.
