Amal with these marks it wont be very easy to get admission in B.Tech. Still you can try in private universities where they offer you admission on different criterias
1. marks in JEE/ state level test
2. marks in 12th
3. their own tests
First and second criteria you don't fulfil for most universities so, on the basis of the second criteria try on universities like Lovely, Manipal, Chitkara etc.

See I think you will also agree that JEE score will not help you. So you will have to think of any IT domain that does not fall under JEE category or any IT domain where you can join without your JEE score. You can go for Computer science honors or computer application honors. This will open your door towards corporate jobs. WHerefrom are you?If you mention your location then I could mention some IT colleges.

Hi Devidas.
Yes you can change your college which is under the same university, providing valid reasons to the registar of examination. It is the registar who is the final decision maker and you should have passed all your examinations in creditable marks also. There should be no arrears also.
All the best.
Regards.

It does not matter which is your board when you appear for CPT. According to me, you can continue with ICSE due to your ICSE background. There is no need to change the track and opt for another board.
