I wonder why you haven't applied till now because you are absolutely eligible. Failing or passing in additional (6th) subject doesn't matter at all. In fact, it is not compulsory to even give the exam. You can apply because I believe your status is pass. No college checks the result of the 6th subject. So no worries.

Firstly have belief in yourself. Plenty of students do study without any coaching and clear the exam. Assign time for each subject, exercise. Give your full attention. Attempt weekly mock tests. That's it.
