Keyur, before choosing the specialization subject for MBA it would be better if you can think and decide that in which kind of career you can give a better performance. No doubt Finance can give good returns but then if you do lack basic knowledge in finance (which you can utilize effectively in your job) then it might not be fruitvful for you to do MBA in it. If you have studied B.Com / M.com or any finance subject in graduation or if you have good working exdp in the finance filed then opt for this specialization. Otherwise opt for HR, which in anyway can go down well with any work exp or any graduation level studies that you have do

Hi,
The admissions to JBIMS MMS course are done through the CAP rounds conducted by D.T.E., Maharashtra.
You can apply for 'All India Seats' which are 15% of total i.e. 18 seats through any one or more of CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT/ATMA and CET.
The best of theses percentiles will be considered to determine your merit number i.e. rank.
So,you can apply through ATMA scores for JBIMS in the CAP rounds, though I'll also advise you to mention all your entrance test scores to improve your chances.
Please also visit dte.org.in/mba2014 for more details.
All the best :)
