To be honest, a regular MBA is always preferred over correspondence/ Distance. Thus if possible go for a regular one. Another good option for you can be Executive MBA from top B School.

Yes you can do m com after pgdm as it doesn't have any relation with what you do after it and it is perfectly legal as you can do any course you want to study in except if you do two regular courses in a year.
