That depends on your interest. If want to become a doctor then go for MBBS if dentist bds and if you want to become a teacher,lecturer, professor or ias then go for B.Sc. However you can give ias exam after doing MBBS, bds also. Best of Luck.

Yes, it is a good college for MBA in HR, and separate classes are given for that. There are other colleges also but how are they i don't know but for this one its good and if we talk about the placements the scope is less in terms of HR, so it depends on the performance you give in these 2 years and at the time of placements.
