B.ED is Bachelor of Education that is an Undergraduate academic degree qualifying a person as a teacher in school. Thus, if you want to go in teaching line, then B.ED is good option for you. As per my suggestions, continue your counselling until it lasts. You will get better options like VIPS, Trinity, etc. as the counselling for IP university lasts till third round and after that, there is also a provision for internal sliding and open house counselling.

It should totally depend on you. IIMs or any other business school do not impose a condition on type of course. The only requirement is that you should have completed your bachelor's degree with minimum 60% marks.
