All the above institutes are fair enough but I want to say that LPU is doing phenomenal work for the upliftment of the students and that could be justified through following: Frequent guest lectures/ workshops are also organized for them by the university. , Ministry of Science Technology Advisory Monitoring Committee Meeting was held where 42 Scientists from various top universities like IITs, NITs, top Central and State Universities including (LPU) from across the country presented their research proposals. The syllabus is updated every 6 months which personally, It has separate lab facilities available for each course like robotics

It is certainly good if you want to go in the field of Bioinformatics or the allied lines in IT. However for the mainstream IT jobs , other dual degree branches or 4 year B.Tech in IIITA will be a better option, if you clear the cutoff for the same, that is.

You have 3 options in front of you. 2 out of those 3 are related to business. Even if you want to go for an MBA course, you have to wait for one year. So, you can decide on basis of these parameters.
1. If you want to go for a job and have no interest in your business or any business for that matter, so you can start looking for job. As you did your graduation in BBA, you can get better opportunities with MBA degree in the same field.

Yes you can pursue MBA in HR. MBA doesn't require to be graduate in specific field. Your degree in sociology will give you benefit if you pursue MBA in HR as it is somehow related to it. Also it will be good for your career.

according to Google:
Theoretical differences : M.Tech/ME is a strictly 2 year course, where as MS may go beyond 2 years. M.Tech /ME has more coursework than project work, in MS coursework is minimal and large chunk of credits allotted to thesis. For example, in IISc, M.Tech/ME students take 12-16 courses whereas MS students take 3/4 courses.
