No, you can't. For doing M.Sc, you must have a science student. As you are of commerce student, you can't pursue M.Sc.

Refer to the eligibility below:
Eligibility: Intermediate (with the combination of Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Computers, and Economics) / PUC or equivalent with Physical Science and Mathematics/Intermediates with BiPC (Physics and Chemistry)
However, BiPC Candidates have to do Bridge course consisting of Intermediate Maths for 2-years. /3-years Diploma with Maths/Physics /Chemistry/Intermediate with Certain Vocational Subjects.

Hi Mohit, Most of the colleges select students based on the marks obtained in their higher secondary examination. Candidates who have completed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% of marks are eligible to apply. The percentage may vary from one college to another college. Eligible candidates must appear for an entrance test which is conducted by colleges or universities.

Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow is now probably the best college left available from this year where students can get admission, for B.Tech. Course, through UPSEE. As erstwhile HBTI getting university status, under HBTU Act, 2016 and opting to take admission through JEE Main from 2017. Also, there is a national college too named IIIT Lucknow.
