Let's start with this that what exactly you are interested in. If you don't like coding programming, logic, tech language then other is fine. If not good in design, creativity then CSE is fine. Talking about career CSE will give you much better perks in future if you are a good learner. But again, it depends on the university from where you are pursuing your degree. But, I can enlist some universities for your help - Lovely Professional University, Manav Rachna University, Sharda University, etc. Few of these universities provide extensive learning programs and exposure to the students. Some of them provide scholarship also. As nowadays, just degree is insufficient, how to speak, how to be confident is also what companies are looking for.

DU quota system is not for Delhi students but for the students from other parts of India, who also belong to certain backward classes or have performed well in extra curriculum activities. To ensure that every deserving student gets admission at this Central University, the DU quota system has been decided for SC, ST, OBC, wards of armed forces, Kashmiri migrants, physically challenged and sports students.
With a reservation of 27%, OBC students also get a relaxation of 10% in minimum marks. Colleges have to fill all the seats under OBC category too. Based on the medium of instruction, no category student can be denied admission.
