Scholarships and Financial aid depends on lot of parameters such as overall academic profile, consistency, percentage scored, your scores in GRE and IELTS or TOEFL, strong essays and recommendation and other co-curricular achievement.
You have not shared your profile, which makes it difficult to suggest your chances. Yet, if you are still pursuing, there is time for improving different aspects of your candidature, if planned well.
Yet, chances of a fully funded places are limited. If financials are a constraint, you should also look at Germany as the country provides free education. If you maintain good academic profile, you have good chance of making it to top universities in Germany as well.
There are some countries such as Ireland, which presently offer full funding scholarships for highly meritorious students - you can try for these too.
There are different trusts and non-governmental bodies that also award scholarships such as the inlaks shivdasani foundation.
