It depends upon your interest. If you are interested in teaching job then you can go for M.Tech but if that is not your cup of tea then you go for MBA. MBA also is offering different specializations these days according to ones interest.
Almost all the reputed universities like Sharda, Lovely, Manavrachna etc are offering both these courses and not only through regular mode but also through part time/ distance mode too.

After BBA, you can find jobs in Advertising Agencies, Banking, Finance, Consultancy, Consumer Durable Companies, FMCG, IT Companies, etc in private sector. You can also have options in state and central governments. For this you have to attend the UPSC exams like Combined Graduate level exams and the PSC exams.
But for better opportunities it is advisable to go for masters degree too.
These days many universities like Lovely professional university, Nirma university, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies etc offer integrated BBA-MBA degrees which are very effective and beneficial.

You may do your best to complete XII and graduation. Animation & Digital Media is surely a great career option for you as per requirement briefed in your query. However, do note that there is no escape from hard work. Animation calls for a wide bouquet of skills from traditional art skills to articulation skills, storytelling to aesthetic appreciation, and creativity to technical prowess. There is no shortcut to learn & Master the Art of Animation.
