As per my knowledge, BBA and B.Com. are both three-year undergraduate courses. The eligibility required is 10+2 in both cases. Different universities have different cut-offs for admission in B.Sc (Military Science). DU cutoffs go as high as 99.25%, whereas other universities accept B.Sc aspirants with 70% marks. It is advisable that you check online for the cut-offs in different colleges/universities.

Please complete your 10+2 with good grades, first class preferably. Take the SAT and TOEFL to be considered for admissions into Bachelor's degree programs. Whether you are from SC/ST, it does not matter in the US. Quota system exists only in India. Admissions abroad are purely on merit so complete and focus on your studies.

Since you have already completed your undergrad it is advisable to go for higher studies like a Masters rather than pursue a Bachelors course again. However, if you want to change your line of study, you could opt for a B.Sc. You could also try getting some counselling to get a more accurate picture.

I do not know about Maharaja Agrasen, but yes I have studied in VIPS and this college has the best infrastructure, faculty, etc.
