Hi,
There are many books for JEE Mains preparations. But I think you should join an institute for better guidance. And a tip for you, for every single chapter, go through the previous year's JEE Mains questions which will give you an idea. Many questions will clear your misconceptions.
Good luck.

Hello Chetan,
If you are getting any college with which you are not satisfied then definitely took a break and prepare very well for next year, however, I will suggest you do not completely rely on the JEE Advanced only, look forward to other exams also.
All the best.

As you done B.Tech in mechanical engineering then go for M.Tech in mechanical engineering, it is a better option for you. You can do M.Tech from any private college, but as per me, you should prepare for GATE exam.

Hi,
You need to complete your MBBS first. However, there is no MBBS in Canada. You will be required to complete your Bachelor's degree first and clear the MCAT (also 65% is too low for admission into a medical school). Look for options in Australia or New Zealand. University of Canberra, Auckland University, Monash University and Australian National University are some of the options that you can consider.
