No, the cutoff for the University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya (USTM) for the 2024 CUET UG is not yet released. Yes, you can get direct admission to the University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya (USTM) for some programs if you meet the basic eligibility criteria: 

MCA

Direct admission is offered to candidates who meet the basic eligibility criteria based on their past academics. 

MBA

Candidates who have valid scorecards of CAT/MAT/XMAT can directly appear for the Personal Interview (PI) and Group Discussion (GD).
