I have actually not understood. You were able to complete your BA based on 10th? If yes, then what's the need for doing 12th now? But if you have obtained degree from UGC approved university, then of course it remains valid.

GATE is only an entrance exam for admission to PG. You will have to clear appropriate paper and then seek Admission.

You need to select paper of nanotechnology in GATE. Once you clear, then you are eligible for admission to Masters in nanotechnology.

You have raised a very interesting query. But unfortunately I think you can not do it since you would have crossed max age limit prescribed for diploma course. But I suggest you to approach your intended college to see if the college can grant concession to you about relaxation of age.
