If you are from medium class family and you really want to enjoy a college life and a good, then I will prefer ICFAI Dehradun. Let me describe in some positive and -negative points to make you easier.
Good faculty members: many of faculty members are very supportive and their teaching way is really great. Infrastructure: it's moderate, a small campus (not a movie like campus) but yes good with a beautiful view of snow mountains. Placement: IT totally depends on you.
