It is difficult to say which college you will get for Computer Science with 19000 rank in COMEDK. It depends on the cutoff for the college you are applying to and the number of seats available in that college.

Personally, I would like to suggest you to opt for Bachelor of Science in Computer Science because that is much better and now a days it is in demand also where as B.Com in computer Science is not very scope full.

B Tech is better than B.Sc. It has more opportunities. B Tech is 4 years while B.Sc. Is 3 years. So B Tech students learn more. So, more jobs and options. B.Sc. Is also very good but, companies first prefer B Tech students only. Hope my answer is helpful. Please upvote my answer.
