Well, Prestige Institute of Gwalior give admission on a merit basis. You can easily get admission there by just filling out the application forms. The fees would be around 70-80K and no limit on seats. You can get admission if you fulfill the eligibility criteria which are 10+2 examinations from a recognized board with maths, physics or equivalent.

Hi dear, it varies state to state and college to college, as per you want to do pharmacy from any government recognized university of college you need to appear for the NEET examination, however, 75% of colleges give direct admission based on your percentage through counseling. suggest you to take CSE engineer, it's better than metallurgical engineering. It's my personal opinion, I'm also a cs Engineer and I know very well it's scope. It's easier to find job by CSE engineering. There are lots of it companies and startups now a days.

Hi. Please don't feel demotivated by your backlogs. I understand and accept the fact that 15 is indeed a big number. Considering you attended a top 10 ranked college in India, you still have good chances, provided you make up for your backlogs (and CGPA) with an extremely good GRE/TOEFL. Moreover, you still have your LORs and SOP in your hand at the moment, which play a very crucial role in the decision.
