According to the recents updates, the admissions in Jai Hind College are based upon performance of individual in Class 12, or an equivalent exam. Admission to the self-financing courses is based on the online Common Entrance Exam (CEE) and Class 12/HSC exam scores. Jai Hind College releases a merit list to indicate the name of the students selected for admission. Jai hind college is well reputed college and ia quite popular for offering the various undergraduate programas Currently it is offering BMS, BMM, BCOM, BA, BSc with different specialisation in different streams. The registration for 2023 is closed now. It was from 23 Sep to 12 June. Now one should try it next year with full preparation. No, you cannot join Jai Hind College without an entrance exam for certain courses. The admission process varies depending on the course:
- For aided courses like BA, admission is based solely on merit, i.e., marks secured in the 10+2 qualifying exams. No entrance exam is required.
- For unaided courses like BSc IT, there is a separate college entrance test in addition to the basic eligibility criteria of minimum 60% marks in 12th with Maths as a compulsory subject. The admission is based on merit in this entrance test.
