In AAI, you can get a job in two broad divisions namely:
1. Technical (includes CNS, Operations etc). - for this, you just need to have a good GATE score. AAI calls directly for document verification according to your GATE score.
2. ATC - for this division, AAI conducts an exam which if cleared is followed by an interview. Upon clearing the interview, you are selected for the job.
