India holds a UPSC examination every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS, IPS, IFS officers are recruited.
Regarding subjects, there is a big list of optional subjects to choose from. You may choose according to your personal interest. I would suggest you to opt for a particular subject in which you are comfortable and find scoring as it will help you to crack the exam.

Doing CCNA & RHCE does not require ur degree but when u go for job then may be some of the companies require ur graduation in any stream. Your graduation percentage does matter in campus for certain companies. But in open ur technical values does matter. Only CCNA will make u to lead in Networking line only where u can learn about the WAN, for knowing the LAN is more important in setting up the network. Cos without LAN u can not setup WAN and for LAN u need have knowledge of any Server OS like Windows2003, 2008 or Linux Server. Linux is ultimate in demand where industry requires securities.
