CA or ICWAI is a professional course and we cannot compare its difficulty level with an undergraduate course B.Com (Hons) and obviously, the difficulty level of professional course is higher than the UG courses.

Instead of doing MBA I will suggest you for Msc Nursing but if you still interested for MBA go with MBA in hospital administration specialization, MHA (Master in hospital administration) or MPH (Master in public health) suitable for your background. These courses are job oriented in both Govt. & private sector.

No, reputed college offers admission via management quota; admission is only given on merit basis. And, the ones offering admission via that quota are pretty average and not worth pursuing MBA at all. So, it is better to pursue MBA only from a good, reputed college for better future prospects.
