Yes, you can do Distance MBA as with full-time study, the experience you'll have with distance MBA depends on the institution you're applying to talking about the fee can be lower than that for a regular program, hike on your current company may not be given but MBA will get you a better job with good package during job change.

It is indeed great for you to think of going for engineering studies after completion of your Diploma in Engineering. Jharkhand government indeed offers of Window of admission called latera admission for Diploma holders in all the technical colleges. The prospective students have to clear an exam called JCECE(LE). Based on the merit of this exam students will be called for interview and give an admission based on their ranking.
