To become IAS or any other Civil Service Post you just have to be a graduate , better l go for course in which u have a interest rather than top or best courses.

Diploma in Civil , Mechanical And Electrical is best option fro you to get the job.

A student should have 10+2 certificate . I f not , then he / she have to appear in a written test comprising a language test and the passing marks in this test are 75%.

Eligibility conditions are:
(a) Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+3 or 11+2+2 pattern, or with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+2 or 11+3 pattern
(b) Having studied at least two subjects at the bachelor’s degree level, to be later taken as school teaching subjects
So, you can go ahead with B.ED Music or Dance only if you hold a bachelors degree in the respective discipline.
