Sethu Institute of Technology, Tamil Nadu/ National Institute of Technology, Durgapur/ K.K.Wagh institute of Engineering Education & Research Nashik.

As per my knowledge regarding this course - MS in Software Engineering - with an education background of BCA, you will not be eligible for the course. Also the MS course is more over seen as a popular option in the other countries and is offered in two prospects- Course work and Research based, where as in India, mostly M.Sc is seen as a MS equivalent course.
But then you can opt for a few institutes which offers such course of your requirement like BITS Pilani, Barathidasan University, BIT Mesra, VIT, Andhra University etc.

Well as for what I would know in these regards there are hardly any scholarships to avail for the one year pre-sea training courses.
