Dear Shubham, Greetings from Presidency College. The candidate applying for BCA under Bangalore University needs to have a minimum of 40% in the 12th including languages from a recognized UGC approved University or College.
Selection Process:
• Procedure 1: - Fill all your details in the attached Enquiry Form, Scan & send it to us. Enquiry form is available on our website: www.presidencycollege.ac.in
• Procedure 2: - There will be an interview which is scheduled only after the Enquiry Form Scanned Copy mail is sent to us.
• Procedure 3: - Based on the result of the interview the admission is finalized, thereafter you will receive a call from college.
The fee structure for BCA for 3 years is Rs.1.90 Lacs.

These days, emphasis is on CSE, Civil and Mech, but it also depends upon your choice. If you are somebody who wants to sit in an AC office then of course CSE is for you but if you are somebody who doesn't mind working in the field then Civil and Mech. Are very good options. These days Civil and Mech. Students are also getting good offers. Now the most important thing is the university/ college that you choose for your degree. These days we have many good government as well as private universities like IITs, IITTs, NITs, LPU, SRM, etc. offering admissions in different engineering branches. Some of them offer admission just on the basis of tests like JEE and some offer you admission on the basis of JEE/ their own test/ marks in previous qualifying exam.
