HDFC Life's Smart Achievers Program is an initiative by HDFC Life in association with Manipal Global to nurture industry leaders of the future by imparting domain expertise and skill sets in the field of insurance. This is a 12 month Post Graduate Diploma Program in Insurance (PGDI), which involves four months of residential classroom training in the state-of-the art Manipal campus at Bengaluru, two months of on-the-job training and a six months paid internship with HDFC Life. If you want to have career in the filed of Insurance, then is a very good career option.
Eligibility criteria is Graduation degree in any stream of education from a recognized university. Candidates are selected by HDFC Life based on their performance in a personal interview and online assessment. Students receive a monthly stipend of INR 16,000/- during the six months internship phase with HDFC Life along with performance based incentives. Also, a monthly allowance of INR 2,500/- is given to the students during the 4 months of their residential classroom training at Manipal, Bengaluru campus.

You should not get too fascinated with ethical hacker as they show in movies. Most of the institutes provide just a basic fancy course under the name of ethical hacking, just to attract students and earn more.
I would rather recommend you to go for security specialist professionals. These jobs are highly payable and in high demand as most companies need them to protect their own data. These jobs work on the same logic that the best thief can protect the data in the best way.
For the same, you can go to some reputed computer training institutes like NIIT, etc. You can go for Java courses followed by networking courses and CCNA/CCNB (CISCO) courses. After this, you can also opt for CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certification courses, if you wish to.
Ensure you do these courses alongside a degree course (BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc, etc.) for better outcome.
