Hey Chitra,
FIIB placements are very superfluous. Batch of 2014-16 had claimed 100% placements. FIIB career management cell help students more than just providing a job. FIIB gives opportunities of interacting with the alumni, regular guest lectures and skill building workshops, than just placements and pre-placement talks.

MCA post graduates are hired both by government agencies NTPC, GAIL, BHEL, etc. and private IT companies like Accenture, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, IBM, American Express, HCL, HP and so on. With some years of experience, a software engineer can become a lead, an analyst, a project manager, a general manager and so on. Initially MCA students are given a few weeks of training on the job, before they get started on live projects. Hi,
You should be looking for a PG Diploma and not secondary diploma if that is the plan. You already have a Bachelor's so look for higher ups. Project Management is a good field and required in almost every sector. Decide basis your career plans. Check the SOL of Canada for specific job prospects.

The admission weightage as you might have come across on shiksha itself.
It is as follows:
Entrance test = 40% ,GD = 10%,PI = 30%,Academic performance = 10% and Work experience = 10%.
Now, I think its good to go for it as you might have good GD/PI skills then your chances of selections may be high once you get shortlisted for them. So, all the best.
