Hello Gayathri, it's very nice to hear from you that you have started on with your engineering graduation course. If I may ask why is there the need of doing it online or via distance education? Unfortunately presently search facility is not available for any professional course including engineering graduation. After lots of Court cases UGC has given the ruling that no University can offer any professional course via distance education mode. I'm afraid you'll have to continue go to college for doing your engineering graduation. Best wishes to you.

Basis your work experience you are eligible for 1year MBA or Executive MBA programme. You will get many options basis your GMAT score and work experience. You may try with Iims and IITs or any premier B schools. Based on the previous year data you are eligible and having good chance in
IIFT, Delhi
SP Jain
IIM Madras
BITs Pilani
You may also try in newly open Iims I. e. IIM Ranchi
IIM Rohtak
IIM Raipur
IIM Udaipur

CAT score above 95 is required to get calls from top Iims. And you definitely need a CAT score above 85 to get seen top 30 b schools. Not even 100 percentile is a security if you don't have that IIM factor. You need to qualify for the minimum cut off to get shortlisted for What/PI. The qualifying cut-off is fixed before CAT result. There are also some sectional cut off
Factor considered by IIM to shortlist candidate- 10th, 12th, graduation, CAT score, interview score, extracurricular. Cutt off trends of few Iims during previous years-
IIM Ahmedabad : 99 -100
IIM Bangalore :99-100
IIM Calcutta :98 -99
IIM Lucknow : 97 -98
FMS Delhi : 97-98
