Then you have queried about the fee structures for b tech in the university normally or if you go through donation route. If you score good marks then many institutions and universities have scheme for scholarships including the governments of the concerned States. Even deemed to be universities give scholarships to the extent of 100% to 25% depending on the academic performance of students. These days fees in engineering colleges very from about 1 Lacs to 4 Lacs for four years course. There is no donation for management quota seat but the private colleges charge higher fees from the students who seek admission under this quota but this is not announced publicly and he will have to negotiate with each college separately. Yes, you can attempt CLAT 2021. Indian Nationals/NRIs/PIO/OCI seeking admission in either of the UG programmes shall appear in CLAT 2021. The eligibility criteria of UG CLAT-2021 is given below. Eligibility :
1. There will be no upper age limit for UG Programme in CLAT 2021.
2. As regards minimum percentage of marks in the qualifying examination (I. e. , 10+2 or an equivalent examination), the candidates must have secured:
a) Forty five percent (45%) marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to General / OBC / PWD / NRI / PIO / OCI categories. B) Forty Percent (40%) marks or equivalent in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
3. Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying examination in March/April 2021 are also eligible to appear in CLAT 2021 examination. However, they shall be required to produce evidence of their passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission, failing which they shall lose their right to be considered for admission.
4. The result of the qualifying examination (I. e. , 10+2) shall be submitted by the candidate at the time of admission failing which the candidate shall be ineligible for admission to the Course. For NRI/NRI Sponsored/Foreign National seats, the applicants are advised to refer to the e-brochures as well as the websites of the respective NLUs for more details. All NRI Category candidates have to appear for the CLAT 2021 examination for those NLUs where such category is admitted through CLAT 2021 rankings and not admitted directly by the concerned Universities. Please note that for admission in these categories, you will need to apply directly to the concerned NLU in addition to appearing for the CLAT exam. If you choose top MBA specializations HR, finance, marketing you will find yourself in a crowd of job seekers with same skills unless you do it from top b schools like FMS, IIM. Hr, Marketing, finance and operation are top 5 specializations. So a solution could be to do MBA from best b schools and with relevant specializations ( which is more advantageous to you). In your case MBA in -
- operations ( top specializations for engineering)
- marketing
- business analytics ( demanding )
Few highly specialised MBA specializations for Engineering are- power management ( NTPI b school)
- IT (
- project management
The more highly specialised your MBA specialisation lesser would be competition. But it depend a lot on b school brand value. You can also explore on " choosing a suitable MBA specializations". First you decide which type of MBA you want and then a list of good b schools. B - school brand value is critical and more important than type of MBA. Your engineering stream can also be crucial factor to decide suitable MBA. If B.Tech in CS or IT then MBA in IT could be a good choice. You can choose MBA specializations from top specializations like MBA in production and operation management or a highly specialised MBA programme like MBA in IT ( specializations which require engineering background). One method to choose an MBA specialization could be to make a list of 10-20 specializations and reject which is not possible or irrelevant to you like MBA in Rural Management or MBA in Pharma Management.
