Eligibility Criteria
A Bachelor's Degree(10+2+3 or 4) in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent grades
Candidate with business experience will be given additional weightage in the selection process
Candidates appearing in the Final year exams can also apply

Final selection will be based on the performance in CAT/MAT and subsequent Group Discussion and Personal Interview
Application Procedure:
NDIM prospectus and application form for admissions to the 2011-2013 batch are available. The prospectus and Application Form may be obtained from NDIM campus 60, 50(B&C) Tughlakabad Institutional Area, Near Batra Hospital, New Delhi 110062 on all working days from 9.30 a.m to 5.30 p.m. on payment of Rs. 1,000/ in cash or by sending a Demand Draft of Rs. 1,050/- in favour of ‘New Delhi Institute of Management’ payable at New Delhi to our aforementioned address.

The school of industrial design offers courses in Product design, Transportation design and Digital design.
Foundation Course: Industrial Design
The aim of the three year long Industrial Design course is to master the industrial design process. Students are asked, in the very first year, to choose a specialization from; Product Design, transportation design and Digital Design. In these initial years, they are taught about the design process through training in the areas of graphic expression, creativity techniques, manufacturing techniques as well as consumer practices.
It is mandatory for students to undertake projects during the course. These projects help them understand the design process in detail. Some of these projects are collective, but mostly they are individual, to teach them how to work independently.
Advanced Course: Design Management
The Design Management Course is of 2 years and is closely associated with the industry. The students are place in 'team leader' situations: they become the operational managers of industrial projects by incorporating marketing, economic, cultural and industrial dimensions.
