Dr. Sudhiranjan Dey is perfectly correct. Let me add that BTech or B.E will be tough 4 years course compared to other soft 3 year graduation courses. If you had health issues earlier then you need to understand and evaluate the amount of work you can easily take on without effecting your present health. I will suggest other soft graduation courses like BCA, BSc in IT or Comps or bachelor in other streams.
