I would suggest you to start preparing for your finals rather than MBA from distance.
It would be better if you first complete your CA final,and then do MBA.

As far as future is concerned even an IIM guy can't predict it as the college only helps you to get your first job and after that its you who can either make or break your career.so if you are willing to get admission in ibs then its good .

There are many institute which offer this course, for example IIFP India, Financial Planning academy Mumbai etc. If you want to do it from distance learning mode then you have to register for one of these institutes.
CFP is the good course and after this you can get the managerial post in any company.

Most of the MCA Entrance tests are purely objective in nature.
