I think you are referring to Focus cosmetology which includes work as aromatherapists, barbers, color analysts and image consultants, dermatologists, spa attendants etc. These are specialized job which find clinents usually in the higher income group and hence the business set up for these are usually found in metro cities or at tourist junctions. The scope lies more in opening one's own cosmetology centre as compared to a job in one of them unless you gain some prominence through some celebrity customer.
