As according to their eligibility criteria mentioned in their website, candidate passed 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks from any stream are eligible for admission in BCA. So, even if you are from non-mathematical background you are eligible for admission.

As you are applying for distance, then yes you can go for distance. If you had said for regular one, as your marks are low, as there should be minimum 50%. But, as you are choosing distance, then whichever university you are choosing, if it is UGC recognized and you can fill the form either visiting the university or downloading from the website of that university.

NCHMCT JEE exam can be write after passing class 12th or appearing in class 12th in respective year of NCHMCT JEE. Hence, you can write the NCHMCT JEE in next year i.e. 2020.
