Hi,
In CSIR NET Exam, you can apply either for JRF or FOR Lectureship only. But before applying it is necessary to know the complete eligibility criteria. Below you can check the complete eligibility criteria for the exam
You must have pursued M.Sc. Or equivalent degree with at least 55% aggregate marks (5% relaxation for SC/ST/PWD candidates). There is no upper age limit for the post of Lectureship but if you want to apply for JRF then the maximum age limit is 28 years.

As you had mentioned that you have completed your class 12th, so you can definitely go ahead in the English diploma course, you have to cross some exams which are taken by the colleges, you have to eligible in the criteria, which will be set by the college. All the best.b

Hello Gugla,Common Entrance Test of Indraprastha University is likely to take place in its normal format and normal dates in this year also. I believe the news about it getting cancelled is not to be believed. Though presently on the website of the university there is no indication of either the test for the cancellation of it. However it is expected that the concerned website will be up and running for IPU CET 2019 in the first week of April. Best wishes to you.
