Hi Rahan, there are universities like Anna university, Vellore University, Amity University, Amrita University, Indraprasth University, Dr. D.Y. Patil University, etc which conduct their own entrance exam for the M.Tech aspirants. You can write these exams and pursue M.Tech. You may check their official websites for detailed help.
But, as a friend I would suggest you to first appear in GATE exam first and then opt for M.Tech as it will open doors of many eminent universities like IITs, NITs, IIITs, etc.

Hi Krishna, Aeronautical / Aerospace Engineering is one of the most challenging fields of engineering with a wide scope for growth.
The basic eligibility is +2 or equivalent, with PCM and must have a fair percentage of marks in the aggregate. One must also pass the qualifying exam IIT-JEE.
