For this field, Arts is the best option. I would recommend that as you study for your 10+2, you start practicing sketching to begin with. Try to observe things closely and sketch them. You can go for Diploma in cyber law from various recognised institutes, Although you cannot get career boost up until you complete your Graduation.
As you don't have interest in B.Com. i'll recommend you to do BCA or BSc.-IT alongwith it so that it may hep you to build a stable career.
