IGNOU being open university is well recognised internationally so you can pursue mba from russia. Just a word of caution, ensure that the mba degree is recognised in india by ugc and AIU both. The eligibility for russian mba is as shared.

Hi Ishita. You among the 1st candidate so is so curious to know so many things. There are two batch here - systems and operations. No batch like PGDM-programme is here. Yes you will.have to give a P.I to get over in specialization. In induction period you have to wear saree and after that suits. Saree you will.have to wear only then on any occasion or company's process accordingll to college authorites. We have 3 mess here with different type of cuisine and trust me our faculty says it's best college in term of tasty food all over Pune. The avg package is around 6.5lpa. Companies like Asian paints, SBI,aspiring minds, bluestar, abrl etc come for recruitment. Yes companies outside the city come for placements as well. I am unaware of placement scenario of ibs-h . Do compare and make a wise decision. All the best.

I will prefer you to take B.Tech not B.Sc. I say this due to following reasons:
i) B.Tech will give you a technical hand which is highly preferred by companies. a technical person is supposed to tackle problems with ease.
ii)B.Tech will give you more salary in any firm or company. B.Sc person will get comparatively lower salary.
iii) The syllabus of B.Sc is vast and it is far more then B.Tech syllabus. So if you are a decent student, you will do great in engineering.
iv) You have more carrier options available after B.Tech. The options after B.Sc are limited.
v) You have an opportunity of foreign placements through B.Tech while simple B.Sc

Right after independence of India we have two types of universities, one that offers degrees in many fields like Sciences, Arts, Education and Engineering too, and the second set of universities (were named as institutes) offer only degrees in engineering.
